SDS realizes that success beyond the survey depends on your company's ability to identify those critical organizational dynamics that is contributing to, or serving to diminish satisfaction.The survey report your company will receive from SDS is designed to initiate understanding and provide a basis to foster strategic planning.
- Survey questions are analyzed individually and reported in an easy to read format (see the Example 1 below).
- Cross tabulations (i.e. analyzing multiple questions simultaneously) are presented in tables with complete descriptions noting important statistics contained within.
- Section summaries are provided in the survey report to highlight key statistics and areas of interest.
Example 1: Individual Question Analysis
Question 1: I like the work that I do.
Whether it is an individual survey question, Cross Tabulation or Shift
Analysis, the survey report will ensure immediate understanding of what
the statistics are doing by simply glancing at the page.
Example 2: Shift Analysis
Respondents were presented with the statement, "Communication from
management is clear and understandable." A negative shift occurred in
2003 that lead the organization to evaluate possible root causes.
Positive changes were implemented and ever since statistics have
improved year after year.
