Analysis

Data analysis goes far beyond analyzing each question individually. Analyzing multiple questions simultaneously through cross tabulation is where the most meaningful statistics are located.
Example; it would be an interesting statistic to read that 23.6% of your employees are unhappy with their current job or that 23.6% of your customers are unhappy with your current products and/or services.

Many survey companies stop at analyzing each question individually, but SDS takes the analysis a couple of steps farther and focuses on the 23.6% to see how those specific individual respondents answered other questions in the survey in an attempt to discover common themes shared between those unhappy individuals.

Those respondents are unhappy for a reason and the cross tabulation analysis conducted by SDS will attempt to uncover possible root causes that are driving their dissatisfaction.
Progression Analysis - Many companies conduct surveys on an annual basis to track organizational progression. Is the company headed in the right direction? Are your resources being properly allocated to achieve positive change? In addition to analyzing multiple questions simultaneously through cross tabulation, SDS also conducts Shift Analysis, which analyses current survey statistics in correlation to previous surveys conducted with SDS.

The result is an overall commitment to provide our clients with the information they require to make informative decisions.
